An institution with its own legal personality that aims to collectively own assets with a profit-making purpose. Fund participants hold transferable participation certificates and receive proportional returns. There are funds with fixed-value shares (possible profits are issued in the form of new shares) and variable-value shares. The fund is managed by a management company, and its assets are held in a custodian entity.
